I also have a ShoreTel 13.3 server (Server 2008 R2 SP1) that has IE9 that is also experiencing the issue and ShoreTel Director (13.3) isn't compatible with IE10 or IE11 so I guess I will try uninstalling the KB3008923 update and see if it works. Fortunately, it works when you use compatibility mode so the rest get the upgrade now. The first thing to be checked is the version of Internet Explorer. So I upgraded to IE11, which seems to have fixed it, at least for one user since Friday night and the second user a few hours ago. The strange thing is that no updates were installed the night before or even the week before. I had two users complain to me about it last Friday (1-9-15).
